World's Hottest Wings

50 Chicken Wings cut up
10 Whole sorrano chili peppers
10 Whole Ghost peppers
10 Whole jalapeno peppers
2 cups White wine
1 large Bottle Tabasco Sauce
1/2 Bottle Worcestershire sauce
10 tbs Cayenne pepper
1 bottle Texas Pete Ex-Hot Sauce sauce
1 tb Salt
3 tb Pepper
1/2 c Vinegar
3 cloves Garlic
1 Fire Extinguisher(Optional!)
Don't attempt to eat with an ulcer.

In a blender, carefully puree the peppers, wine, vinegar and all
spices. Caution, the fumes are deadly and wear rubber gloves or
your fingers will burn! Put the puree into a bowl and marinate the
wings in the bowl in the fridge for 5 days. After 5 days,
carefully remove the wings and broil them until cooked. Usually
approx 15 mins (+/- 5 mins). Take the marinade, put it on the
stove, add 1/4 cup sugar and heat to a boil. reduce until thick.
Pour over wings and re-broil for about 5 more minutes.

Bad Buffalo Wing Sauce

2 cups of dryed cayenne peppers,no stems
1/2 cup of water
1/3 cup of chopped onion
1/3 cup of chopped tomato, no seeds
1 cup of white vinegar
1 stick of butter
1 bottle of hot sauce(5 oz)
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon of honey
1/4 cup of ketchup
Start by roasting the cayenne peppers on a pan over a medium
high flame. Toss them around inside the pan for a couple of
minutes and make sure you don't let these get burned. Add
enough water to cover the peppers and bring water to a boil.
Let them cook for ten minutes. Drain water and place them in
blender. Add 1/2 Cup of Water, 1/2 Cup of Vinegar and salt.
Blend on high and cook in pot.
Place a stick butter in a pan over a medium flame so that it
melts. Add Onion, Garlic, Tomato and the whole bottle of
Lousiana Sauce. Let all cook for about five minutes stirring
occasionally. Immediately pour into blender and add the
cooked cayenne pepper sauce. Blend on high for two
minutes. Add the lemons juice, the honey and the ketchup, and
blend again for a few seconds. Pour back into the pan where
you melted the butter, and let it simmer for a good 20 minutes.
What I usually do, is fry the chicken wings until theyre
olden brown and very crispy and then I dip each one into the sauce.

I use the Texas Pete recipe that's on the bottle, but I always double or triple the recipe. I also add Italian Seasoning to the mixture.

Sounds great! I went the easy route last night and used Frank's red hot sauce and some melted butter. It was pretty good but not quite the heat I was looking for. I'll definitely try this recipe! Thanks!

Habanero Hot Wings

2 ea Habanero chiles; stems and

seeds removed, chopped

3 cl Garlic; minced

2 tb Lemon or lime juice

1/4 c Vinegar

Salt, black & white pepper

to taste

2 lb Chicken wings

1/4 c Butter or margarine; melted

Prepare the marinade and let it rest overnight in the

refrigerator. Mix the wings with the marinade and let them sit for at least two hours.

Spread aluminum foil over a baking sheet and arrange the wings on it. Brush the wings with the melted butter, being careful not to rub off the marinade.

Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 40 minutes; for extra crispness broil for 5 minutes longer.

Or you can cook them on the Grill....my favorite!!

Try the recipe on the new Tobasco Buffalo Wing Sauce. You mix it with melted butter and it is delicious! You can either bake your chicken with it already on it, or dip it in it after its cooked.
