All of those "highest numbers" are because they also have the "highest population."
And their GDP is the highest in the nation... is it 5th or 6th in the world? I can't remember. But California and New York combined literally pay for the entire nation.
And drum roll please None of the liberals on here could afford to live there. Salary for my job ranges from $110k-220k a year in California.
That compares to $83k-160k in North Carolina.
I know you and your ilk really struggle with math, so I'll help... that's a roughly 35% higher salary.
You couldn't live there on a Wilkes county salary, of course, but you're comparing a poor, economically depressed area to a thriving area with a strong economy.

They indicated the folks are not happy with nearly $5 gasoline. But they continue to vote for dimocrats?
As I've shown, their gas prices are almost exactly proportionate to our gas prices.
Are you happy with our $3.28 gas prices?
If not, knowing that NC Congress is controlled by repugnants, why do you continue to vote for them?

DB, hon, you've proven time and time again that there's a lot of things you don't "get..."
3rd grade math is just one of those things.

Dont think they care much about Dingle Berry's whining.
Just sad he cannot do the things he enjoys, like sniffing Cali gas.

I think it was Good Morning America that brought this topic up today. They indicated the folks are not happy with nearly $5 gasoline. But they continue to vote for dimocrats? I don't get it.

Average Gas Price in California as of June 2024: $4.79
Average Household Income in California as of 2022, the last census: $130,718
4.79 / 130718 = 0.0036%
Average Gas Price in North Carolina: $3.28
Average Household Income in North Carolina as of 2022, the last census: $92,878
3.28 / 92878 = 0.0035%
As you can see, the gas prices are almost exactly the same when adjusted for income. But I understand that math is hard for some people, and they can't understand the difference between a raw number and a percentage...
