lawyers getting a case heard i front of their favorite judge has been going on since courts began so thats nothing new and not illegal.thats just the way it goes,you get what you pay for.

One of the guys worked for DSS taking peoples kids and the judge give them to people????? Who got the kids? What is their back ground?

You wouldn't believe how many custody cases this judge and this lawyer have done together where the party being represented by a different lawyer other than the one we speak of has been treated soooo unfairl and in the end they lost there child who they had kept for 11yrs with the exception of them giving the other parent every. Other weekend since the other parent decided to up and move 3 hrs away from the childs home and school. I was shocked this person was just as good a parent who just as good a parent as you could ask for the child was. There whole world and this judge and lawyer done this person so dirty during this trial they made it obvious and when my friend ask her lawyer if there was anyway possible of getting this case in front of a different judge because the obvious favortism to the other party she was told no way because this judge was chief judge and you couldn't go no further than that up the chain in wilkes court. These people make me sick and this behavior should not be tolerated but only in wilkes people only in wilkes. And poker you can defend them all you want I know this happened for a fact I was there watchin this whole event in amazement.

I'm not too sure about not being able to run for the DA'S office without a law degree, that statement needs to be back up. After all you can be Command and Chief without ever being in the Armed Services.
