I have never lived in a house that I had to sell later that did not return the investment. Well, one time when we needed to get outta Dodge! Just kidding! It was a rental. My husband, RIP made so many improvements and it benefited us when we had to sell.

Plus a new word you need to pull from your Webster called "inflation" It is a little abrasive to use this term and I am sure Biden will rename it but that is when prices skyrocket.

Must have been a poorly constructed house. Most houses are selling for nearly 15% more than they were a year ago,. Housing shortage
