Did I miss something and Congress pass a bill on immigration and Trump vetoed the bill? When Congress puts a bill on the president’s desk and he does something, then you can call it the Trump shutdown. Until then it is the McConnell and Pelosi shutdown. And we are not suffering anymore than we have the last 20 or 30 years.

Lyin Trump, changing his fake border news story every other day. First he "owns it" then he doesn't, then those affected are democrats, now they're begging him to not back down …. I wonder what Ann Coulter and Rush Limpjaw have ordered him to do next?

All you GOP members. Who are working and know you will have a paycheck at the end of the week...do you really think Trump will succeed at this shutdown without any reputation be list by main stream Republicans seeking another GOP to run against Trump?..on certain states including NC gerrymandering was the on l y way GOP held on to power...but the Fracture within the GOP is evident and may continue to widen unless those in the Senate GOP Leaders step up and tell Trump accept the partial funding and continue on wall funding as 800 thousand go back to run this country. .. McConnell and Burr do not care they get voted out of office their retirement is set...full pay...do you get full salary at retirement? So this is not a concern for them..still support Trump and I say this without hesitation .you will be seen as . .V Foxx is just as bad..the last two years as Secretary to GOP Caucus...that is 174 thousand plus as a sectrary..nice..just add the vote along on party lines...safe..will lose her Chairman position on sub comiittee. .time to retire her as well..
